Michelle Tuten, PhD. Dr. Tuten is an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University. She has over 20 years of experience in the treatment of substance use disorders (SUDs). Her work primarily focuses on the design and real-world implementation of novel behavioral therapies for the treatment of SUDs. In 2012, Dr. Tuten and co-authors published the book “Reinforcement-Based Treatment (RBT) for Substance Use Disorders: A Comprehensive Behavioral Approach.
