Holly Broce holds a Masters in Health Administration and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in Kentucky. She began working in the field of opioid treatment in 1994, first as a clinician at Wichita Treatment Center, then as a Director and Regional Director.  She had oversight of clinics in six states for this same organization and served in this capacity for the Lewin Clinics, National Specialty Clinics and CRC Health Group until 2006. She gained further experience working in adult residential programs and in community based therapeutic foster care programs throughout Kentucky.

Holly re-entered the opiate treatment community in 2011 when she began working for Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Kentucky and Virginia, where she opened 5 Narcotic Treatment Programs and 5 Medication Units. Holly continues to serve as Pinnacle’s Regional Director for the Southern Region and is the President of the Kentucky Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (KATOD).
