Alan Lee Nolan, LCSW, is a Director of Clinical Operations and has been in the field of behavioral health care for over 25 years. His published works include: “A New Gender-Based Model for Women’s Recovery from Substance Abuse: Results of a Pilot Outcome Study”: The American Journal of Drug and Alcohol Abuse and “Individualized Methadone Dose Improves Outcomes: Study”, Addiction Treatment Forum. He is an instructor at the CADAC Institute in Norwalk, Ct., providing certification trainings. He was appointed the NEAS Leadership Institute’s Connecticut State Mentorship Coordinator, integrating NEAS leadership technologies.
