We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of the much anticipated 2024 AATOD Conference, which took place in the fabulous city of Las Vegas during mid-May. Our Conference broke all previous registration records with an attendance of over 1,700 as we welcomed attendees from all over the country and across the globe. AATOD continues to produce the world’s premier training conference event for the Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder.
We would like to thank the State of Nevada for your support and hospitality. Special thanks to so many individuals and parties beginning with Dr. Dinita Smith who served as the 2024 Conference Chair. A big thank you to all who contributed in producing a robust conference program: members of the AATOD Planning Committee; AATOD Board of Directors; sponsors, exhibitors, presenters, speakers, volunteers; and to the attendees who made the journey to Las Vegas and supported AATOD.
One of the most compelling features of the conference was getting an update from SAMHSA representatives discussing the new regulations for OTPs. This added to the rich content of the conference and helped prepare the field for approaching changes to how we treat our patients.
In this FINAL #aatod2024 conference post, we would like to share post-conference resources with you, whether you were a conference participant or a non-attendee. We are providing access to photo albums, recording order form, conference newsletter and press coverage which capture the essence of AATOD’s conference theme – So Much More Than Medication. Please scroll down for more details.
